Hey all…I’ve been MIA because I was up in the middle of nowhere PA for a week spending some quality time with nature.
This reminds me of Maine. I also just ate a homemade blueberry scone. mom win. And i would absolutely incorporate blueberries on a cake. they are like the rustic-est of rustic berry…obvi ;)
messing icing, wood stump presentation, plus i really like the de-structured wedding cake thing. way cute and way easier to cut. amirite??
I’ve posted this before, but this engagement outfit still really reminds me of my whole skirt-shirt wedding dress liking. plus they’re outdoors. plus he’s attractive. plus…a lot of things are just great.
Marchesa Bridal Spring 2013 Collection
really like this. not a huge fan of the train, but I’m sure the dress can go without it. purdy.
reception campfire. into it.

I choose photos for very specific reasons. Here it is: The combo of bridesmaids dresses is so well done! Want to do that, and just as well. The cake topper is so perfectly rustic and honestly might be my favorite idea I’ve posted. big fan. the flowers…sweet, pretty. rustic but classic. and lastly the black and white photo of the ceremony shows the great archway at the alter made of wood and decorated with vines of flowers. all good things. enjoy.

PREPPY MEETS RUSTIC. i love this. this is my perpetual goal…but its so hard to do right.

Where did you find the tree bark style ring? :)

Wasn’t sure which one you were referring to (that style is my favorite so I’ve posted a few!) But here are the links to my best guesses:

Men’s rustic wedding band on etsy:

Women’s Diamond ring by Cathy Waterman (go to her actual store link too! You’d like it I bet!)

Then two etsy shops where I have found great earthy/tree bark rings are: SilverCrush and BandScapes. Look em up, SO PRETTY.

Then the rings I first ever posted wayyy back when, were from a tiny store called Turtle Love Co. just google it. So fantastic. I just love the bands and the nested pearl.

Enjoy and have fun playing with the links :)
